The Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills Level 3 prepares students with essential professional and interpersonal skills required to succeed in today’s job market. This course focuses on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and workplace adaptability, making it ideal for those entering employment or pursuing further education.

OVERVIEW

This course is the equivalent of 1 A Level. Upon completion of this programme, students receive a Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills qualification which is fully regulated by OFQUAL. Students will then have the opportunity to apply for admission onto a full undergraduate degree programme from a range of UK universities.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This course is for students who are aged 16 or over and hold a high school education.

STUDY HOURS

The Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills consists of 6 mandatory modules for a combined total of 60 credits, 600 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 240 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.

University Pathway

Diploma Levels 4 and 5

Generally, Level 3 is Undergraduate entry, Level 4 – first year degree, Level 5 – second year degree, Level 6 – graduate level, and Level 7- post graduate level. University Top-up courses require you to have a qualification in a relevant subject. Your chosen course should be closely tied to your previous qualification.
